Summary: As required by Texas Government Code, §2001.039, ÁñÁ«ÊÓÆÁ will accept comments as to whether the reasons for adopting 19 TAC Chapter 89, Subchapters AA, BB, and DD-HH, continue to exist.
Public Comment Period: February 27, 2026-March 30, 2026.

Proposed Review of 19 TAC Chapter 74, Curriculum Requirements, Subchapter AA, Commissioner's Rules on College Readiness; Subchapter BB, Commissioner's Rules Concerning High School Graduation; Subchapter CC, Commissioner's Rules Concerning Reading Practices; and Subchapter DD, Commissioner's Rules Concerning Mathematics Instruction
Summary: As required by Texas Government Code, §2001.039, ÁñÁ«ÊÓÆÁ will accept comments as to whether the reasons for adopting 19 TAC Chapter 74, Subchapters AA-DD, continue to exist.
Public Comment Period: October 17, 2025-November 17, 2025.

Proposed Review of 19 TAC Chapter 105, Foundation School Program, Subchapter AA, Commissioner's Rules Concerning Optional Extended Year Program; Subchapter BB, Commissioner's Rules Concerning Charter School Funding; Subchapter CC, Commissioner's Rules Concerning Severance Payments Subchapter; and Subchapter DD, Commissioner's Rules Concerning University Interscholastic League Allotment
Summary: As required by Texas Government Code, §2001.039, ÁñÁ«ÊÓÆÁ will accept comments as to whether the reasons for adopting Chapter 105, Subchapters AA-DD, continue to exist.
Public Comment Period: January 2, 2026-February 2, 2026. 

Proposed Review of 19 TAC Chapter 152, Commissioner's Rules Concerning Examination Requirements
Summary: As required by Texas Government Code, §2001.039, ÁñÁ«ÊÓÆÁ will accept comments as to whether the reasons for adopting 19 TAC Chapter 152 continues to exist.
Public Comment Period: January 30, 2026-March 2, 2026.
