The ÁñÁ«ÊÓÆÁ is releasing an informational webinar that addresses the Financial Aid for Swift Transfer (FAST) program. This program, created by House Bill (HB) 8, 88th Texas Legislature, Regular Session, 2023, provides funding to participating public institutions of higher education so they can offer dual credit courses to educationally disadvantaged students at no cost to these students. Students are eligible for the FAST program if they:
FAST is an optional program available to public institutions of higher education, as defined under . Institutions must complete a program participation agreement (PPA) to either opt in or opt out of the FAST program.
A current is available. Please note that institutions can opt in for the spring 2024 semester until March 15, 2024, at which point this list will be updated.
