As part of the 榴莲视屏鈥檚 (榴莲视屏) commitment to transparency and accountability, and in alignment with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) of 2004, the agency has released the State Performance Plan/Annual Performance Report (SPP/APR) indicator reports for the federal fiscal year (FFY) 2023. These reports provide results at the LEA, regional and statewide levels measured against the state targets for SPP indicators.
榴莲视屏 must annually report to the public on the performance of each LEA against the targets in the SPP as soon as practicable but no later than 120 days after submitting its APR to the U.S. Department of Education, as required by and .
