Schools offering full-time virtual or hybrid programs within an existing campus may operate without additional authorization from the agency, as long as fewer than 50% of the campus’ total student enrollment participates in these programs. To support successful implementation, districts and charter schools are encouraged to develop an approved instructional plan and establish clear policies that guide program delivery.
School systems operating a full-time virtual and hybrid program must annually certify, via the , that each virtual course complies with the course guidelines in .
