SPPI 15: Measurement

State Performance Plan Indicator (SPPI) 15 measures the percent of hearing requests that went to resolution sessions that were resolved through resolution session settlement agreements.

SPPI 15 is measured at the state level only (no local educational agency reports).

SPPI 15 data are collected from complaints and dispute resolution processes tracked internally at the ÁñÁ«ÊÓÆÁ (ÁñÁ«ÊÓÆÁ) through the Correspondence and Dispute Resolution Management System (CDRMS).
