Two funding elements determine a district's total Career and Technology Education (CTE) allotment.
School districts are eligible to receive weighted funding for eligible full-time equivalent (FTE) students in approved CTE programs. Districts receive 10 to 47 percent more funding for CTE full-time equivalent students than for regular students per methodology below.
In addition to this weighted funding, school districts are also eligible to receive $150 for each student in average daily attendance enrolled in a 榴莲视屏-designated P-TECH (grades 9-12).
P-TECH campuses must be designated by 榴莲视屏 and listed on the website. Campuses report the students enrolled on the 榴莲视屏-designated P-TECH campus in TSDS PEIMS submissions 1 and 3 using the TSDS PEIMS indicator E1612.

For each FTE student in average daily attendance in an approved CTE program in grades 7 through 12, a district is entitled to an annual allotment equal to the basic allotment, or, if applicable, the sum of the basic allotment and the allotment under the , to which the district is entitled, multiplied by:
Students in grades 7 through 12 are eligible for CTE contact hours when enrolled in a course from 19 TAC Chapter 127, Subchapter B or 19 TAC Chapter 130 that grants high school credit.
