• Provider numbers issued before August 25, 2025, using the current application, become effective on August 25 and are valid for two years.
• Provider numbers issued after August 25, 2025, become effective the date of final approval and are valid for two years from that date.

Anyone wishing to continue providing training after August 25, 2025 must register under the new process. Once registered, your authorized provider and Lone Star Governance (LSG) coach status will continue as before. To become an authorized provider or LSG coach in the future, you must first hold a valid registered provider number under the new process.
